Hell yea, it wasn't everyday that Theo was allowed to drive the rental car. In fact the last time Eric let him drive anything there was a side mirror missing by the time they got home. Though in his case Theo was about 70% sure that it wasn't his fault. If it was wouldn't he had stopped? Probably not. Luckily for once Eric had no say in if Theo was allowed to drive or not, since he was able to get his International Driver's License the same time Eric did. Plus Theo needed the car to get around, he wasn't about to walk everywhere, and what if he needed it for something big? This morning had started out great, waking up in your own bed for once was a wonderful feeling, not that Theo didn't mind sharing a bad with his band-mates. Though they did come a long was from sharing two beds among six people to what they were doing now. Two people getting stuck to sharing a bed was a lot better then three or four. This time they had a penthouse all to themselves. Three bedrooms, three baths and a living room to boot. Theo had a feeling there would probably be a big deal about who got to sleep where. To be fair he had already claimed the master bedroom. Which he was not agaist sharing with Kazue. Who was next to sharing a room with her anyways? Tap, tap, tap, Theo racked his brain trying to figure out the answer by tapping on his head. Nothing, that meant that with his luck it was his turn, but that was perfectly fine with him. After all Theo could take sleeping next to Kazue a whole lot better them some of the others guys. It was also better then sleeping next to Leon, that kid knew how to kick. A quick cup of coffee, and he would be ready to wake up. Sadly Theo wasn't the best morning person, not as bad as Toshi, but close enough. He poured the steaming brew into a mug and slowly made his way over to the living room. Yet before the singer could start channel surfing his cell phone rang. Quickly he rand back to his room to the phone, maybe a bit too quickly. The movement caused hot coffee to spill onto his shirt where his abdomen was. Oh the pain was pretty bad and Theo bounced around a bit while waving one hand over the spot and picking his phone up with the other. "Theo here." Oh, it was only his brother Eric. Great so that meant that he didn't have to rush all the way over in result of burning himself. They talked for a long time, checking the time it hit 11am, didn't he pick up at 10am? Did Eric really have that much to talk about? Theo wasn't so sure, since for the last ten minutes or so he had completely tuned out and was messing with a stack of playing cards. "Are you even listening anymore?" The other voice called out to him and it rang in his ears as a faint echo. "Oh, yea you were saying something about a plane and.. uhh no.. I wasn't really listening." The voice of his older brother of five years only sighed and then proceeded to repeat himself. "Theodoric, listen to me this time. Kazue's plane should be there in a few hours, the itinerary said about 2:30pm so I'm going to need you to make sure she gets to the hotel safely, can you do that?" Theo wasn't really listening, after all he was more busy with sticking his head under a table to get one of his cards that fell. "Wait what?" Theo jolted up and smacked the back of his head on the end of the table, a nice smack sounded through the penthouse. "Oww oww.. yea I got you, 2:30, I'll give her a call around then, talk to you later have fun bro, send Leon my love." Click, Theo stuffed the phone into his pocket and rubbed the back of his head. After the pain cooled off he went back to relaxing on the couch, missing a shirt this time, with said shirt laying on the floor. Time passed pretty quickly and 2:30pm came soon enough. Theo picked up his phone and called Kazu. Voicemail? Might as well leave a message. "How is my favorite band member doing? It's Dosuu, just thought I would give you a call and see if you made any plans for a taxi or if you wanted me to come pick you up? Eric called me a few hours ago and told me your flight would be here by now, are you alive? lost? Maybe the plane didn't land yet. Call me back." Click, and then he waited, it didn't take long to get another call.. but he kind of missed it. Theo had a small problem, he was a demon to phones, losing them, breaking them, so right now this a was a fairly new phone. When Kazue called back, he just couldn't find the unlock key. Oh well she had left a message, he listened to it and replied, waited once more then got up for his shower. He got dressed as quickly as possible and headed out the door, remembering to lock the door behind him. Down the elevator he went, sunglasses on his face. Bouncing over to the car he hopped in and pulled his seat belt on. "Now, where was that CD? Oh there." Theo rocked with the beat, tapping rapidly on the steering wheel. The airport wasn't as far as he thought it was, 27 minutes total, and that counting the traffic and the time he took to find Gate 2. Though spotting Kazue was rather easy, an Asian women with pink hair streaks, a guitar and a pet carrier. Yep not a hard spot at all. Theo parked and waited for Kazue to load the car before he took to attacking her with a welcoming hug. Which he had been itching to do since he found out that she was going to be landing soon. "I missed you, being stuck with just Eric and Leon could drive anyone insane after a while." While he talked he directed her to the car and hopped in himself. The ride wasn't too bad, Theo stayed pretty quiet, though both of them knew that was a good idea. Theo wasn't the best driver so all eyes on the road was needed. Kazue did go off about how bad her trip was and the problems she had here and there. Theo only got distracted once by this one pat in the song playing that he just has to sing to. "This love ee mee dduh nah buh reen jahp gee yeh neun sah rah jyuh buh reen dohl ah oh jee doh ah neul sah rahm ah muhl lee muhl lee nahl ah gah juh goo reum dwee roh "Theo gave Kazue a quick smirk before pulling into the parking lot for the hotel. " I'm not shocked that you had so much trouble, but on the bright side it's over and your here." Theo stepped out of the car and grabbed the heavier of Kazue's bags leaving her with Miki and her guitar. It didn't take long to enter the hotel and get up to the penthouse. "Down this hall, second door to the right is your room. Though there's only three rooms so there will be sharing soon enough again. I'll leave your bags here, I already claimed the master bedroom." He plopped them on top of the bed and then took a step back. "So what do you think?"Words: 1299; Timestamp: April 22nd, 2012 Outfit: HERENotes: Hex color: e6e21d Theo is speaking in Japanese.

Despite having been on several plane trips in the past year, she could honestly say the one from Kyoto to Los Angeles was the most stressful, hands down. The plane had been packed solid, and she'd had so many issues attempting to speak to the very-American flight attendants, and while she knew she had an accent, it wasn't that bad…though after the whole debacle, she was beginning to wonder if maybe it was that bad. It hadn't gotten any easier when she landed, with several confusions about her luggage (which resulted in them searching her guitar cases, causing her near panic attacks), what she was sure were condescending comments about her wardrobe (which was her usual getup that confused her gender…and admittedly, did make her look a bit like a delinquent), and a few miscommunications, so when she received a message from one of her band-mates, she was near jumping for joy, immediately answering him when she found a quiet corner.
The next hour or so was spent making sure all her belongings were there (which was…well, a fair few of them, with more to be shipped), attempting to converse with a security man who chopped words up so badly she almost couldn't understand him, before making a beeline for the front doors of her gate, her cat in one hand, guitar in the other, all too ready to get out of here, collapse on a bed, and pass out for a week to recover. She managed to get a lot of stares her way as she stood there, but she did well to ignore them - and not caring she stuck out, seeing as she wanted to stick out - it was the best way for Dosuu to find her. She could at least take some solace in the fact that here she wouldn't be recognized and bombarded by fans - she wasn't at her best. But it was so incredibly odd to be surrounded by so many people talking in a tongue that she technically knew, but was still so out of place - not to mention…suddenly, she was no longer tall for a female, but on the shorter end of…everyone. Even she knew she stuck out worse than a sore thumb.
It didn't take as long as she thought it would, and the moment she had recognized and realized it was her band-mate making a very fast beeline for her, she made a point to settle the carrier with her travel-grumpy cat on the ground before she was bombarded - because she knew she would be. She supposed she couldn't blame him - the six of them had been split apart for a couple months now, what with being in-between shows and any form of a tour, most of them doing their own thing for a bit - she'd chosen to stay in Japan for the longest of all of them, only relenting and buying her ticket when Theo had sounded like he was essentially groveling for her to come. As soon as the full force of their lead singer hit her with an embrace, she let her one free hand wrap up and pat him on the back awkwardly, not in the easiest position to return it with everything she was trying to hold…and the whole cart of luggage parked just a bit down, as well. Oh if only the press could see this - they would be able to tell she was a female just by the size of her wardrobe.
"Dosuu, man it's been a while since I've seen you. How could I ever live a complete life without you tripping over everything in it?" she teased him with a halfhearted smirk, not altogether a witty genius after her long travel, but was required to do it nonetheless. After a few moments of idle chatter (mostly filled by him, seeing as, while Kazue was certainly no slacker in socialism, he just almost never shut up), she convinced him it was his job, as the male present, to tote the worst of her things for her, and the two of them headed for the car Dosuu had gotten ahold of (at which point she had questioned him nervously if he was driving - a rhetorical question, but had to be said), stuffed everything as best the could (with Kazue stressfully pointing out her babies had been through enough and not to be too rough with them), and made a break for the road. The instant she did manage to get a word in edgewise, she made it a point to tell him she was never traveling that long ever again - at least, not alone, and listed the many, many reasons why.
Luckily, it helped pass the time, and she was quite glad to not be forced to speak a language that was not her own - she'd been doing just that for over 24 hours now, and it was such a relief to not have to sort through her mental dictionary of the English language just to decipher what someone had told her. It caused her mood to alleviate a little bit (even if his driving was less than stress-relieving), and by the time the two of them pulled into the hotel, she was feeling considerably more chipper - even if the sensation of not having slept for a week and having been ran over several times hadn't quote abated. She was tremendously happy to be able to order around the hotel staff to get her leftover luggage up to the top floor (telling them to make sure to handle her two other guitars with great care), and followed Dosuu with a much brighter attitude that she displayed earlier, becoming a bit less apprehensive about this trip now that the worst part was over.
She gladly unloaded her guitar and her cat onto the bed that her friend showed her when they reached their room, her eyes roving around the attached rooms appreciatively (as much as she could deal with close quarters, privacy was nice), before letting her mewling cat out before the thing had a stress attack akin to her own, watching as the grey tabby streaked out of her cage and took refuge under the bed where her things lay - the first thing her pet usually did for the first few hours they were in a new hotel room. She set her eyes back on her band-mate as he spoke, and the moment he said the word 'sharing', her nose scrunched up a bit. "Sharing, and we'll be here how long?" she sighed out, shoulders sagging in a mock form of defeat. "I know I'm supposed to be one of the boys, but really, now.". Hey, she considered it her job to nitpick - even if she didn't honestly care. It was just to harass him. "Buuuuut…" she drawled out, twirling a bit in place as she made a show of looking around again "It is pretty nice…"

Theo cringed slightly when he could hear just how unpleased Kazue was about sharing with anyone. He could understand her in his own way, he also had a problem sharing a room. Though his reason was because most of the time he was either stuck with Eric or Leon. Eric wasn't too bad to be around but Leon was a painful kicker. Theo thought carefully about his words before speaking knowing very well that he wasn't careful he was going to end up getting a lashing from Kazue. "Put my back to the wall why don't you?" He sighed and recalled everything that he brother had told him over the phone, anything that could be useful. "Well Eric did say he was looking into getting his own room, since he'd be in and out at random hours. So that would leave Hiro and Toshi sharing the room next to yours, and me and Leon... well sharing the master bedroom." The strain he felt when thinking of being stuck sharing a room with his younger brother could be easily heard in his voice.
Theo didn't have anything against his brother, he just couldn't stand waking up with bruises on his back and legs. Yet it looked like he really didn't have a choice in the matter, it was either be stuck with Leon or sleep in the living room. Sadly the though of crashing on the couch didn't seem like such a bad idea. He ran his hand through his hair and made his way over to the door. The small movement of his hand was a sure sign of nerves, he was the leader after all, the happiness of his band-mate was very important to him. At lease Kazue wasn't one of the hard ones to please, not like Toshi who loved to complain, not that his points weren't valid. "Sooo... there is a good chance that you'll be keeping this room to yourself. Unless we get another female member." Yea another girl in the group would be interesting, but how would she take being around the boys? Probably not that great. It was a shock to how well Kazue took to everyone. Even when Hiro, Toshi and Leon weren't part of the group yet. The only problem back then was Shiro, that guy had caused a lot of problems, making a big deal about Kazue being lead guitar. Whatever, it didn't matter now.
"How about I give you a small tour?" Theo knew she would say sure so he turned on his heels and moved into the hallway. With a gesture of his hand he pointed to a few areas. "Hiro and Toshi will be in there, room with two beds and a bathroom, with a tub. Yours and my room have showers and tubs. Slightly odd how things are set up here but we'll get used to it." He also pointed out where she could put her extra guitars if she didn't want them in her room. He walked her over to the living room, pointing the kitchen out on the way there. Not that any of them really touched it but Eric. Theo was the take out kind of guy, cooking was just not in him. Must of skipped a brother since he knew Eric and Leon could cook pretty well. He never made a move to show her the master bedroom. Mainly because that was the room he was living in and boy was it a mess. Another problem Theo had, he couldn't clean to save his life.
The last spot to show her was the living room, which wasn't a mess luckily, the most there was laying around was some of his playing cards on the table and his jacket on the couch. Which by the way he just tossed, while he pulled off his shades. "The best part would be that we're so high up there's no trouble of anyone watching us. We also have a terrace. It's covered and has a nice view, and a dinning table. Up the stairs there is a spa pool." Theo took a seat on the couch and started to mess with his cards. Before he left the room he had been counting them, making sure they were all there."Have you ate yet? Do you need anything? we can go out or call room service."

She had to resist rolling her eyes when he decided to play the lets-swap-languages game, something he seemed in a horrible habit to do - the best she could do was be glad this was the one she actually knew, at least to a good extent. It didn't stop her brain from doing a slight hiccup, though…she managed to sort through it and listen in on time to his explaining the rooming assignments, however. She noted his dejected expression at the idea of sharing with his brother - and she would admit, she didn't envy him for it. Knowing where his thoughts were, she couldn't resist the urge - "Think of them as battle scars." was the comment as she reached over to pat him roughly on top of the head in mock affection, her lips pulling into a slight smirk as she did so.
After that moment, she turned around and reached out to pop open the case she'd set on the bed a moment ago, taking a quick peek inside to ensure that nothing horribly disastrous had happened to her baby while it was in cargo - from the sliver of red and white patterns she saw on the body, there were no nicks…she'd have to take it out later and tune it, just to sooth her paranoid nerves. That, however, was for later. She snapped the case back shut as Theo was speaking again, informing her of her exclusive room, for the most part. Definitely encouraging - though she, again, couldn't resist a comment about her being the only female among them, and the instance of another female. "Well, as far as I've seen - and boy, have I seen a lot of you guys - there's no girl so far but me. At least-" she paused, and made a show of grabbing the front of her shirt and poking her face down the front of it, apparently 'inspecting' herself. "Yep, still there. Good to know parading around as an assumed male hasn't affected anything."
When he questioned her about the tour around, she nodded silently, following him as he chatted idly and pointed out everything important in the place. As she trailed after him, she slowly but surely discarded parts of her wardrobe - arm bands, jacket, shoes, everything but her bottommost layer shirt and pants, doing what she normally would never do, and tossing them aside as she walked, listening to her band-mate speak and eyes following diligently to whatever he pointed out. Ehn, she'd get them when she came back - she was just starting to feel a bit uncomfortable in all of her crap, so she figured she may as well whittle away at it while she listened. When they came to the living room most her excess clothing was gone, and she spun in a slow circle as she eyed the biggest room there, nodding in approval.
She let him speak first, because heavens knew he did a lot of it, pointedly ignoring the fact he switched language twice - both words she wasn't…entirely sure on, but she got the gist. She'd play it safe and comment on something entirely different for now. "Pretty spacey. And no neighbors to complain if we decide to set up and practice a little. Not bad. Alright, I take it back. Though mind you, the fact I don't have to share a bathroom totally sold it. But, hey, you can't blame me for being nitpicky. A girl needs her privacy, and a couple years spent sharing close quarters exclusively with men can be trying. Not to mention, from an outer view, it can start the most atrocious rumors. Hell, I was there to know what really happened, and even I think it sounds mighty suspicious." She wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, snickering a bit to herself before she spun and made towards the sliding glass doors that separated the room from the terrace, leaning against the doorframe as she peered outside.
She didn't even look back at her band-mate as he asked if she'd been able to get her hands on any food, but it did cause her to sigh, eyes scraping over what she could see of the unfamiliar landscapes outside as she replied. "Technically, yes, I ate, but…have you ever ate airplane food? Paper is more filling." She scrunched her noise up to accent her point, then added "Yeah, I guess some real food would be nice. And maybe a change of clothes…perhaps going like this wasn't wise when I knew I would be stuck like it for nineteen hours…" She paused, then groaned, her sagging where she stood a bit "But I don't want to have to unpack anything, ugh. And I'm not running around naked."
With an exaggerated, long-suffering sigh, she moved away from the glass doors, sitting on the arm of the nearest chair, tilting her head in the direction of her friend. "Soooo, is there anything else good about this hotel? And any exciting we plan to do anytime soon?"

Theo couldn't blame the media too much, Kazue did make things hard for them. Playing this is it a boy, is it a girl game was racking the fans brains. Not that it bothered Theo too much, he was so used to it by now that it just felt normal. It didn't help though that now with how long the game had been going to let the truth out now would end up being a bad thing. He remembers how his older brother explained that if everyone found out that Kazue was a girl then the 'bad' rumors would start to fly around. It didn't help that Kazue didn't have a boyfriend to help mull things over easier, to the media she would just get branded as a slut. Something Theo and the gang knew weren't true, even after five years Theo had never shared his bed with Kazue in a romantic way. Though to do so now would just be odd, not that Theo couldn't see her as a women. He just felt that she should be treated better then just as a good lay. She needed a boyfriend, a good one at that. Theo knew that with his flirting ways he wouldn't be that good of a boyfriend. Even he had cheated at least once on a girlfriend, of course he felt bad about it.
"I'm not much of a fan for airplane food." Theo comment while kicking his sneakers off and placing his feet on the table before him. Theo had to take the same long trip when he made the choice to follow his brothers to the U.S. Well at least he had that, Kazue had traveled all the way over by herself, staying in Japan slightly longer then the rest of them. His was going to add more about food but she beat him to the chance by taking about changing. That would probably be a good idea, a nice change and a shower really does great after a long trip. Then she hit him with a question he hadn't ready himself for. "Well.. there's the fact that you can have your cat here, where is Miki? Hiding again?" He paused for a moment to take a look around the room before continuing. "Anyways, The hotel itself has a workout room, a pool, and even a bar where the pool is with drinks and snacks. The city I don't know much about yet, I've only been here for a week, and I spent most of it sleeping. Oh, I know Eric did you a favor, he was able to pay extra so that we can use the pool, workout room and bar after hours. Well I think the bar was for himself and Hiro, but at least you wont have to worry. Though I doubt anyone here knows who we are yet."
Theo was pleased with himself, he had remember everything that he had wanted to tell Kazu a week ago and without fault. He sat back and started to relax, his playing cards finding their way into his hands. He shuffled them a bit before atempting to stack them on the table. Then his phone rang and he lost concentration. "Damn it." Theo fumbled for his phone and picked up, though he did mouth the word 'Eric' for Kazue before bringing his attention to the man on the phone.
"Hey.. Yea she got here." "Was just thinking about that." "Dude I know what I'm doing." "Ok that's fine I'll take care of it, oh you will? Then why are you telling me?" "Fine got ya, see you in two days? Four tops? Fine. Leon staying? kay bye. "
Theo hanged up and got up to his feet. "Anyways, why don't you grab a shower and some clothes. What do you want to eat? I'll call room serves, unless you want to go out?" He folded his arms over his chest and waited for an answer.

At the mention of the perks including her cat, she did have to smile a bit at this - yes, she was happy to not have to sneak her pet in, because if there were two things Kazue couldn't live without, it was her cat and her guitar, and no matter where they stopped, her baby always came with her, hotel rules or no. "Like her life depended on it, I suppose. She'll be out in an hour or so. Maybe a bit longer - she did spend her nineteen hours in the cargo hold, after all." Poor thing - Miki was likely far more traumatized than her…she'd probably get over it easier. Kazue was distracted by this at his mention of the privacy of the pool they had, apparently.
"So I can go swimming without needing a full guard with me? Awesome." Hey, she was genuinely excited about that one - she remembered quite vividly the few times her fellow band members had convinced her to go to the pool with them - and how much she had had to sneak like it was a crime. Well, had to was perhaps a bit exaggerated - this was her game she maintained after all - but close enough, considering the burly, intimidating guards they'd hired for each entrance. Sometimes, she wondered why Herrick indulged her in her charade - it cost them more. Ehn, publicity and intrigue, she guessed…plus, it seemed to be a rule that, if she was a female, she couldn't be a good lead guitar…females were apparently, only singers. One of the many reasons she disliked being judged via gender, but, there you have it. There was one thing about what Theo said that caused both releif and slight disappointment - the fact no one knew them here. No stalkers, but none of the good fans, either - she rather liked those. Regardless, she still had to comment "Ah, sweet anonymity. I guess that is a perk."
His phone chose that moment to intervene, and she decided she may as well find a change of clothes - despite the dread of digging through her suitcases. She left him to his conversation for a few moments, unceremoniously pushing one of the suitcases over on its side, and proceeded to fling out contents in search of something comfortable. By the time she'd succeeded, half her belongings were on the floor and Theo was speaking to her again, to which she lifted her recent prize and replied "Clothes, check." before standing, stretching, and kicking the lid shut on the suitcase.
"I think staying in sounds safer. If I have to deal with one more lingual disaster, I may hit someone. Or something. And there's a lot less effort involved in staying…mmmm yeah, less effort is good." she added after that, looking quite pleased with the idea of being lazy - in other circumstances, she may have jumped to go out and experience the vastly different atmosphere here, but holy crap, she could only take so many hours in a row. Food without effort would be freakin fantastic. Her stomach chose that moment to growl pointedly, she paused, an odd giggle escaped her, and she quickly questioned "Right, any menu for room services, then? Before my own body embarrasses me more."
She reached out with her free hand to snatch it from him when he offered it out to her, and she held it in front of her, face scrunching in concentration as her eyes scanned it over, her mind not altogether happy with deciphering even more English, but dealing with it - food was worth this bit of endeavor, at least. Well, she thought it was - until she realized she might be forced to skip half of what was on there due to having no clue what…what, a lot of the names were. Which limited her options…and Kazue liked options, especially when it came to food.
You could see the conflict on her face as she tried to fight the urge to ask what half this crap was - which, she was sure she knew, if it had just been…written in an easier language. Crap. She supposed she'd have to sink and ask him. "Alright, don't laugh at me, but what the hell is this?" she asked as she shoved her menu in his face, paused, moved her finger down two or three inches, and added "Or this? Or…a couple things on here? My brain is strung out and you're bombarding it with more work? Uuuuugh." She tapered off the sentence in a highly exaggerated whine, even if she knew that Theo would recite things to her - she felt like being an entitled, spoiled princess for now, so she'd roll with it.

Theo smirked as her stomach made the announcement that she was hungry, he was feeling just about the same. Though Theo didn't have a good excuse, he just had been playing lazy that day and didn't have anything to eat that didn't come out of a vending machine. A menu? That would probably be a good idea. He kicked his feet off the table and leaned over bending his body so he could reach under the glass table to pick up the book that had all the hotel information. He flipped it open to the room service page and passed it over. It never did pass his mind that just maybe Kazue would have trouble reading the words. Yet the second she took the page from him, he could see her face slowly change from understanding to confusion and then finally to a sort of 'I give up' look. This was when she finally asked for help, which he was willing to give. The guy just knew better to wait until Kazue was ready to ask. Other wise offering Kazue any kind of help was like asking for a death wish.
"Well if you get it out of my face maybe I could read." Theo snatched the menu from her and looked at the spots she had pointed out. First he read them out load to make sure those where the ones she had pointed out. "Well that said tomato & mozzarella napoleon, the second was roast beef and brie on fresh baguette... the third" Theo stopped and just shook his head this was getting him no where. Instead he came up with a better idea. Standing up he placed the menu on the table and walked over to the phone. "Lets just do it this way, I'll just order for you, I do know what you like. You can just go jump in the shower." This was probable the best thing for her, there was no way he was going to sit there and read everything like the veal gruyere. After all after living close to five years together he was sure he could pick out something she would like pretty easily. He waved his hand to get her to walk away then he picked up the phone and dialed the correct number. "Hello, I would like to make a order for the penthouse suit, yes..sure the name is under Herrick Kobayashi. No problem, may I have a plate of Chicken parmesan with mozzarella sticks on the side, also I'd like a plate of Chicken Bleu, no tomatoes, and a side of potato soup. Yes, uhh a bottle of wine, red, thank you."
With that done Theo walked over and checked the fridge, luckily they still had two bottles of Dr. pepper and a coke left, so all was good in the drink department. Bored out of his mind he paced around the living room for a while, every now and there looking out the window to notice that the sun had started to set. Wow time felt like it was moving along rather quickly. Speaking of time, maybe he should go check on Miki, the poor cat must be so confused right now. Theo still didn't understand why Kazue was allowed to have a pet and he wasn't, even Leon has a pet lizard once, till it got lost in a hotel room once. Making his way into Kazue's room he called out to the cat, who he found hanging out on the bed. "There you are Miki, I was worried about you. How's the pretty girl doing? I missed you." It felt natural to speak to the cat in Japanese so even in America he couldn't help but keep doing the same. He stretched out on the bed and proceeded to mess with the cat. Might as well all he was doing now was waiting for their food and for Kazue to get done with her shower. Never mind the fact that he was laying on her bed, playing paw swipe with the kitty.

To her credit, she understood most of it - and pretended to know the rest. She was quite grateful when Theo gave her her opportunity to escape, however, seeing as, while she could handle her own with the English language most times, her brain was on a strike after so many hours using it, with no one she knew with her as any breaks. "Thank god. I don't care how many people think I'm a guy, I certainly don't like smelling like one." she responded quickly, wasted no time in taking him up on his offer, making a beeline for the bathroom that was wonderfully and exclusively hers.
She spent the next ten or fifteen minutes using the crappy hotel shampoo and soaps against her better judgment (she'd dug out clothes, that was all the effort she was exerting) to scrub out the crud she felt like she had all over her. For five minutes after getting out of the shower, and wrapping a towel around herself, she wasted time making faces at herself in the mirror, pulling at her hair and contemplating her own face, before shrugging, jumping into the loose t-shirt and sweats, running her hands through her currently-half blonde half brown hair as she stepped over the threshold of the bathroom, moving towards her room with the intent of grabbing her guitar to take back with her, only to find the prone figure of Theo slung out across her bed. She raised her eyebrows at him, but made no comment on the fact that he was playing with her cat like a kid - instead, she made for the case still set a bit away from where he was laying.
With a light snap and shooing her band-mate off the bed so she'd have room, she flung the case open to be able to fully and genuinely inspect the object in her life that came second only to her cat. Kazue carefully pulled the guitar out of its case, careful to hold it so she didn't blemish the polished surface, eyes skating across the surface and one hand running along the neck deftly, fingers moving with a familiar, practiced ease as she inspected her instrument. "I swear if there's a scratch anywhere, I'm marching back down to that airport and leaving an imprint of the strings on their faces." she commented, her voice far too mellow to make it sound as if it were an actual threat - even if, when it came to her babies, no one should wish to face her wrath. She spent a few moments eyeing it critically, before looking back up at her friend.
"Got anywhere set up where I can plug this in and make sure it's not out of whack?" She was paranoid, so sue her. She wouldn't be much of a lead guitar if her sound was out of whack, now was she? However, this thought was interrupted when there was a tentative call of 'room service' from the entrance of the penthouse, and she resisted a sigh. As much as she didn't want to admit, food was a higher priority in her mind for the time being - so, carefully slinging the strap over her shoulder as so to safely tote the guitar with her, she amended with "…Well, okay. After food, anyway."
There was a procession of lead singer, lead guitarist, and band mascot (ie: Kazue's cat) out of her room, and she stood back a bit as Theo spoke to the man who had brought them their food, and before he left, out of instinct she echoed a "Thank you." towards him, not thinking about it until she saw the puzzled look on his face, and immediately recognized her mistake. She shuffled a bit, and corrected with a jumbled, rather heavily accented "Thank you", this time in the correct language. This was going to take some getting used to. As soon as he was gone, she sighed exaggeratedly again, holding her fingers to her temple as she complained casually "Jeeze, Dosuu, you make my life too complicated. I'll be confusing hotel workers for the next week. You just had to drag me to America..."

Theo didn't even notice when Kazue came out from the shower, mainly due to the fact that he was having way too much fun with her cat. Theo really did like animals, he was just not allowed to keep his own, though that was about to change. See Theo had a plan, a very good one at that. He was pretty sure that this time he was going to be able to get away with owning his own cute little friend. The plan was, go to the nearest shelter, pick up a dog and get it to the hotel before Eric. With that the older brother wouldn't be allowed to make Theo get rid of the animal. Number one pet rule, if you can hide it for a week it's yours. It didn't matter that Kazue would be around he was sure he could keep the newest bundle of joy hidden quite well. With a soft whine Theo did as he was told and rolled off the bed and stood next to it. He had to wonder what was so important to ruin his play time then he saw the case. "Ah got ya." Yea the guitar, that would be a pretty important thing to check. Theo had done the same thing with his microphone, checking it from top to bottom and even plugging it into a speaker to make sure it worked.
She asked him a question but right when he opened his mouth the sound of someone calling room service called out. Theo turned towards the door and took a few steps but stopped for a moment to speak with Kazue. "Oh and there should be a plug for your stuff in your room, hope you brought your amp, since Hiro isn't here to use his." Then they were off, the small group moved over to the door which Theo opened. There was a quick exchange of words and then Theo took the cart from the man. "Thank you, here you go." He handed the man a fair tip and closed the door, after Kazue had her slip-up. He waited for the door to shut before commenting. "Really? Of all words you mess up on thank you? Kazu I worry about you." He spoke jokingly, but all in all he was right. With the move Kazue was going to have to learn to change her way of speaking as quickly as possible.
The man sighed and dragged the cart over to the living room and uncovered all the food to show the pick he had made. "Chicken parmesan with mozzarella sticks for you and Chicken Bleu, no tomatoes, and a side of potato soup for me. Also there is soda already in the fridge. I'm going to have this." He picked up the bottle of red wine and poured a small glass for himself. Then he grabbed his food and took a spot on the long couch, dragging the glass table over to lean on. He waited for Kazue to get her stuff before he started munching on his food, starting with the soup. Now this was the life, good food, good friends and feeling on top of the world. Theo liked this, so much so that he wasn't sure that he could ever go back to a more normal way of life. " So I'm guessing tonight you'd like to rest and what not, but what about tomorrow? Did you have anything in mind that you wanted to do or check out? We have the car, money, I'm all for anything you would like to do."

When he'd commented about bring her own amp, she had scoffed lightly, shooting him a mock offended look. "Psh, you act like I don't come prepared." And you obviously didn't pay attention to my obscene amount of luggage she'd thought. She had brought her amp, albeit her very dinky one - the better one was being shipped in later, along with a couple other things. No, she didn't know how to pack light. One of her suitcases was dedicated entirely to her electronics - it was padded to the teeth and almost busting from how much was in it, and she dreaded the idea of opening it, but she wouldn't be able to sleep until she'd tested everything.
However, she made no effort to do so yet, torn between shooting Theo a look as he mocked her language slip-up, and eyeballing the food - real food - that had arrived. "Hey, normally when I'm in a hotel I don't have to worry about other languages. Can't blame me for slipping into routine." she retorted, but was distracted in plucking one of the mozzarella sticks of the plates before he could even drag the cart of food in properly, a look of what many would consider obscene bliss crossing her face as soon as she bit into it. Normally she wasn't one would be seen an avid lover of food, but considering that right now, it ranked above her guitar in her mind, it was obvious she was desperate to get that taste of airplane food out of her mouth.
She followed him to the living room, lifting the strap to her guitar off her shoulder and setting the instrument against the couch and the wall, where she was sure it wouldn't fall, listening to him as he told her what the food was, nodding and heading to grab her own drink, returning with a flop onto the couch, eyeing him slyly, before offering "You're just abusing your power while your brother is gone to get alcohol, aren’t you?", before she grabbed her food, and, uncaring of how much of a glutton she looked like from it, proceeded to stuff her face. At first, when he asked her about going out after she got over her jet lag, she had to hold up one hand to signal for him to wait until she could talk clearly - swallowed, took a rough chug of her soda, and answered him in-between mouthfuls of cheesy chicken.
"Well I can't think of anything specific to do, but-" she paused, waving one hand in front of her vaguely as she continued "once I don't feel like I've been run over repeatedly, I so wanna get out and look around…I mean, it sounds horribly tourist-y, but I've never even been anywhere quite…this different before." Yeah, it did make her sound like a star-struck tourist, in a way.
"Might be good for me to get out and be forced to practice my fantastic English skills, anyway, before I accidentally carry out an entire conversation in Japanese with one of the residents before I realize I did. Though, then I'm going to end up like you-" she made a face at him as if the idea was absolutely atrocious "switching languages every fifteen seconds without seeming to realize it, and confusing my roommates." Yes, she'd finally made a jab at the fact that he'd been switching between the two with horrible consistency, making her brain stutter a little - especially seeing as he had enough knowledge of slang and lazy versions of some words that she still couldn't grasp to make her have to think what he meant.
"But, I don't wanna say anything too girly, like go shopping, just because I'm amazing and don't make you guys suffer. I just know I definitely want to get out and see things - brilliant inputs on your part about what to do would be welcomed, otherwise you will end up stuck shopping with me." she switched back to the subject of their assumed sightseeing, waving a piece of speared chicken about as she spoke. She was so very helpful - she knew she wanted to…sightsee, for lack of a better term, but she knew nothing of this place, so she had no idea what to even suggest. He'd been here longer than her - and had more experience with this crap in general, so she figured letting him suggest something was maybe best. If not, he'd just have to suffer as she explored her first American shopping district.

Theo gave her one of those fake mocking hurt looks before answering her. "Whats wrong with a little wine with my dinner? You should try some, I promise it can't get you drunk. It's made more for the taste then the kick." Even if she said no he went ahead and made a glass for her anyways, settling it on the table next to her. He noticed how quickly she had grabbed her food and he made haste to sneak into a draw and pull out chopsticks knowing that they would both need them. He passed the sticks to her and then took his seat once again and finally took his first sip of his wine before taking a bite out of his own food. He had gotten lost into his food rather quickly and had almost missed when Kazue started to answer that question he had asked. He listened, even though it didn't look like he did, but his reply came a bit late. The food was just too good to waste with this whole talking thing. He took another sip and leaned back for a second, not wanting to fill himself up too quickly. "No matter how you look at it you are a tourist, might as well act like one and take the chance to see everything. I've been in the Americas once before, with my mother. Though that was in Texas, a hot, horrid place. This on the other had is a lot better."
He went back to his food, his soup was already gone and his chicken was looking to be doing the same. Though Theo did end up choking a bit when she just had to complain about his switching between English and Japanese. "Switching languages every fifteen seconds? Now Kazu you know better. At least you of all people know why, It's not like I /always/ do it on purpose. Would you rather I speak German?" He smiled and then after another bite continued. "Or I could just speak English for the rest of the day?" Theo hated messing with Kazue this way but he wasn't a happy camper when his band-mates made it a big deal about his switching. The boy had over an estimated six or seven languages in his mind. So excuse him if he had a slip up every now and then, it was just something that was a part of him. Though his slip ups were few in-between.
Theo had no clue what would be a good way to spend the day tomorrow, in fact the only thing he had in his mind was knowing how full he felt. It was great to not have rice and fish over and over, a classic meal of his father's cooking. He sat back placed his feet on the table, pushing his empty plate to the side. With drink in hand he poked his brain for some sort of answer. "Bowling maybe? I don't mind hitting the mall, or maybe the park. I'm really not sure, I wanted to leave the choice to you. I have been here for a week already." Funny enough in that week other Then sleep Theo really hadn't done anything exciting so he was at a lost as well. If anything the pair could just drive around till that found something eye catching. Though Theo had a feeling even if they had a day planned it would somehow end up in the Mall anyways. Not that he didn't mind shopping, in fact he needed some new shades anyways. "So, try the wine." He pointed at the glass he has given her, for now they would relax the rest of the night, speaking of. "Lets play some cards?" Theo reached over to the table and picked up a deck of cards holding them out to see if she wanted to play.

Due to the fact that she was unable to resist adding a comment to the end of nigh anything people said, after he made mention of his former travels, she had rolled her eyes and offered "Pft, I've never been anywhere, outside of where you guys go, so you know all the trips I've made. Now I just feel like the sheltered one." Or the bum, either way. Yeah, Kazue hadn't exactly been rolling in money before Sound Fuse - the band actually kinda saved her ass from a life in poverty, but that was just a depressing subject, so she didn't add that part in. Hell, if it hadn't been for her father pressuring her back in her school days, she wouldn't even be able to communicate here - because she couldn't just know things like that pain in her side over there. Which of course he proceeded to flaunt at her after a few moments. She shot him a look.
"Oh, ha ha, asshole. I had to learn how to speak mine manually, excuse me if I don't naturally pick it up. Cheater." she'd accused him blithely, leaning back against the couch and dragging her plate with her, popping a piece of chicken in her mouth and chewing lazily, an excuse to not have to answer if he decided to retort. She was content to sit back and listen to the debate on what to do for a form of sightseeing, appearing thoughtful as she distracted herself with her food, letting the silence stretch for a good long minute (mostly due to her choosing her food over answering, but either way…), before offering whatever input she could think of.
"Hey, I may be the tourist, but I'm the clueless tourist." She paused, tapping the end of one of her chopsticks against her chin, debating for a long moment. "Not warm enough to go swimming…not mentally prepared for amusement parks, plus I think your brother would whine if he knew we went without him…I guess just wandering around and bowling wouldn't be too bad. Maybe check a movie later in the day…for the sake of my curiosity. What about karaoke?" She went down her own mental checklist of what she would normally do in leisure time, but it was easier said than done - leisure time wasn't something she even had that much of, unless all six of them packed up and went, which usually involved them being followed, and Kazue had had to watch herself to dress carefully because of it, which made it less leisure and more work and ugh. She'd had a perfectly good trip to Okinawa wasted once, because she'd been followed everywhere, so prancing around in a bathing suit was not the wisest choice.
That was…beside the point, however. She supposed she wouldn't have to make such a conscious effort to confuse her gender while she was here - well, for a while, anyway. They should have a good month or so before any press members desperate enough to stalk them there would show up, or hire people from here to stalk for them. Ehn…she'd probably do it anyway. Why? Shits and giggles. Why else did she do anything? She felt a weight settle next to her, and her eyes slid to her cat, whom had jumped on the couch next to her, and was looking at Kazue expectantly. There was a momentary staredown, a sigh of defeat, and she plucked her last small chunk of chicken, holding it out for Miki, who promptly inhaled it faster than was likely healthy. Looked like her cat recovered fast.
She downed the last of her soda, and, after the continued persistence of Theo, delicately snatched up the wine glass, at the same time grabbing one of the last mozzarella sticks with it, still eyeballing the drink as she chewed thoughtfully, before taking a steady sip from it. She swilled the drink idly as Theo posed another question, and she felt the edges of her mouth pull a bit in amusement. "Think you can beat me just because I came unprepared?" she asked, raising her eyebrows and smirking fully at him. Yeah…she was a bit of a notorious cheater, and she rather liked to brag about it - if only they could never catch her while doing it. Mind you that was usually because they were their own distraction, either through being tipsy, slap-happy, or generally hyper and messing around.

"Cheater?" He scoffed and got up from his seat. Of course she would go there, she always did. Kazue was a wonderful person but there was just some days where she had a record for saying everything wrong. He tapped his foot for a second and took a deep breath. "Cheater? As if you have room to talk. " In fact Theo had a pretty valid point. Kazue was the known to be a cheat in just about any game the group were willing to play. Of course the games became less about winning and more about who could catch Kazue cheating. The winner normally was Hiro, what a slick guy. Theo's luck only ran so well, he had the smarts to use Kazue as his distracting for his own cheating, it was fair-fair after all. "The karaoke we know and love was killed here, the best they have here are drunk Americans singing off key in bars. Just.. no." Theo shook his head, that was probably the worse idea spoken all day. It really did suck though, after all singing was his thing, showing it off would have been great.
It didn't matter what they did the next day as long as it was something fairly interesting. At least Theo knew that Kazue wasn't going to lead him into anything too lame. See that was the best thing about having her as a friend, she was fun. Not like most girls that he knew, or for that matter dated. It didn't help that the women Theo dated normally did it for the money, not to have fun with him. Oh well what did that matter when Kazue pretty much made it impossible to get a girlfriend, she was the ultimate mood killer. Theo messed around with the cards that were in his hand. The boy was determined to beat her this time, with no other people around to distract him it should be harder for her to cheat. "Yea I think I got you this time, though if you want we could play some strip poker?" He was joking though, it was easily heard in his voice. Of course the group were pretty used to seeing each other's naked bodies, maybe that wasn't such a good thing. He dealt her five cards and then himself.
"I hope you remember how to play, five card stud. Let me know if you want to switch out some cards. I'm watching you so no cheating, or I'll shave the cat." He smirked and took a look at his cards, a king, two jacks, a five and a six. Theo placed three cards down on the table and waited for her to toss some cards as well. He had a feeling that he had a pretty decent first draw. Just maybe this game would be his, as long as he kept his eyes on her cards and hands. The girl was slick after all.

A wicked look started to creep across her face, but she immediately attempted to fight it down, keeping her expression as straight as possible - though there was a telltale twitch at the edge of her lips as she spoke. "Admit it, you just want me alone and naked." it was spoken in the most casual, if mildly suggestive, way possible, as she reached over to scratch her cat indolently, wishing that teasing him would throw him off his game like it would some others - but alas, she knew there would be no such luck. Why did she do it? Well…it was funny. At least, she thought it was, but she'd been told many a time that her sense of humor was extraordinarily strange, as well - she just brushed it off as the person accusing this of having no sense of humor at all.
"I should tell your brother you asked me to give you a stripshow when he gets back." she added in an afterthought, wiggling her eyebrows suggestively as she did, though there was no threat, or anything else, in it. Her…well, female-ness had become something of a running joke at this point, so 'evocative' exchanges with just about…well anyone who traveled with them (save for Theo's two brothers) became normal. Sadly, she normally started them - and maybe, at some point, years and years and years ago, they might have been genuinely passes at the boys, but now…pft. Just pft. One, there were rules, and two, you became rather sterilized to the supposed men you lived with when you saw them in some of their least impressive moments…that and you'd seen all of them naked at least four times.
She slid her own draw across the table and peeked at them, momentarily bummed she hadn't had a warning - luckily for Theo, she didn't have all her things unpacked, which meant unless he turned around and became completely distracted, she had no 'spare' cards to ensure her safety. She had to rely on…well, whatever slim luck she had. When he threatened her, she clucked her tongue against her cheek lightly, pretending to look utterly appalled by the accusations for a moment, before retorting "You would never shave Miki - one, because she'd maul your face, and two, because I have no qualms shaving you. Where I shave you is up to your interpretation." Of course, she meant his eyebrows, but she had to make it sound worse than it was. It was her job.
Two fours, two nines, and a spare king, hmm…it'd have to do. She fanned her cards in front of her face dramatically, smirking at him over the top of them, hoping to fray his nerves by sheer annoyance at her smugness. One could hope - she didn't feel like streaking such a short time after a plane trip, thanks. When she was dealt her next cards, she eyeballed them for a couple seconds, sized up Theo critically, and decided to risk it, fanning out her hand fully face-up on the table, three nines and two fours giving her a lovely full house - high enough of a hand to at least make her confident she should be safe. When she was proven right a second later, she elicited a mock cackle, leaning back against the couch, and snapped her fingers at him. "Off." she commended lightly, making a motioning gesture between them.

"Cheater?" "Really Kazu, you make it sound like I've never seen you naked before. Why would I have to work for that? Or sneak around to do it." If Kazue thought that little trick was going to work the girl was dead wrong. Theo wasn't so much of a horn dog that he was going to be staring at her body through the whole game. Sure she was something to look at but with being denied for five years can kill a man's lust. Either that or Kazue just wasn't his type, maybe it was the whole pretending to be a guy thing that turned him off? After all Theo was known to treat Kazue like one of the guys way better then any of the others. "Oh really? You wouldn't dare. Even I know that you have a heart, you do that and I'd have to find a park bench to sleep on." Theo did make a pretty good point, even he knew that no matter how jokingly Kazue could get, even she wouldn't wish Eric's wrath on him. If anything Theo had his own threat even if she was right about it. Theo wouldn't really hurt her cat, he loved the little fur ball she was a thrill to play with. The cat really made him want his own pet, too bad Eric would kill him.
Though Kazue didn't worry him at all when she dared to say that she would shave him, yea yea she knew better then to mess with him like that. Theo was normally a nice guy but if you messed with him bad enough be rest assured that he'd get payback. Which for Kazue would be a nice morning of waking up in a bed covered in snakes and the only doors out locked. Yea he could play hard ball well and was willing to be a jerk to make a point. The point between the exchange of cards and the time they took to look at their hands were in complete silence as if a single word could scare the good cards away. Once he laid his eyes on his new set of cards he sighed. Bad luck was following him for sure, all he held was three jacks. A three of a kind was sure to not hold well but he would have to live with what he had. The best he could hope for was Kazue being stuck with two pairs or lower.
Things only got worse when Kazue laid down a full house and he couldn't help but notice the smile when he showed her his. "It just wasn't a good draw, you got lucky." He waved his hand to dismiss her win as pure luck but then she demanded something from him. " Wait, you never agreed to it? " He sighed, it always went like this. Kazue never played a game or bet on anything unless she knew she had the upper had. Which that first round had given her, if it had been the other way she would have never agreed to the game. "Whatever fine, it's your turn to deal." He stood up for a moment after sliding the cards and and hooked his fingers around his shirt end, the pulled. Quickly and smoothly he pulled his top off reveling his bare skin.
What a day to decide that all he wanted to ware was a tee-shirt. Well it was too late to worry about such things now. Her reaction didn't help either, oh boy he was never going to live this one down. By the end of the night they were going to be slaphappy and naked, hmm it didn't sound too bad of a deal to Theo. "If you like what you see I don't mind offering you a free sample."

Oh, poo on his logic about having already seen her completely starkers before. And about the fact that she would, indeed, never tell Eric, in any earnestness, that she felt her virtue threatened. Well, she did say it a lot - but in a way that usually consisted of an exaggerated 'Help I need an adult!', followed by clinging to their manager as if her life depended on it, and pointing accusingly at whatever band-mate was nearest. Obviously, no one took this seriously. "You ruin all my fun." she pouted offhandedly, poking out her lower lip.
When she won the hand, she had the perfect picture of a cat-that-ate-the-canary expression, as she motioned suggestively at Theo for him to take something off. When he made to complain about whether it was legit, she pretended to look offended for a moment, as if how dare he question her 'agreement' or not. "I never disagreed, either." she replied slyly. Yes, she was sneaky like that. And yes, if she had lost the hand, she would have carried on as if she didn't agree to it. That was just how she rolled - an underhanded, scheming bitch. She liked to continuously remind all of the boys that they wouldn't dare want her any other way, either - she was quite proud to be the bane of their existence sometimes. Served them right for all the hell they could put her through, as well.
When he finally started to strip, she couldn't help herself. It was a requirement for her to make any given situation worse, so, she did - she lifted her fingers to her lips and wolf-whistled loudly, followed by a "Take it off!" It was a wonder none of the boys had gotten the wrong impression from her from the start - because she was always like this. Which could in general be described as…very odd. She just liked to consider it a unique sense of humor. However, when Theo offered her a 'free sample', she scoffed pointedly, leaning forward and grabbing the cards.
"Pass. I like my free samples…" she paused, seemed to debate, then, with a wicked smirk, finished "taller. Though if you lose on a large enough scale, I may request a table dance - for the purpose of recording and plastering across the internet, of course." Yep, that’s usually how she treated suggestive dialogue between herself and any of her bandmates - rebuffing them, then five seconds later, likely finding a way to pick it right back up. Why? It was fun. It probably didn't help that she hadn't been in any form of a relationship for…years. Several years. And her brain just had a habit of turning things horribly suggestive or dirty due to her own…deprivation. Something like that. Main reason, though? It was funny. She usually didn't need any other reason - she did almost everything she did for the shits and giggles.
"This is either going to be a very short or horribly awkward - or both - game, considering neither of us are wearing much." she commented offhandedly as she gave the cards a quick shuffle before she started slapping them down on the table. "What are we gonna do when we run outta clothes? Start putting stuff on?" she paused, seemed struck by her own brilliance as she finished tossing him his three cards, and picked hers up carefully "Actually, that’s not a bad idea. But one catch - we put on the other person's clothes." Of course, Theo would be at more of a disadvantage than her - she wore the guys clothes constantly. To the point of stealing them and wearing them on band outings and keeping them permanently. But Theo? Well…she glanced down at her clothes, which consisted of t-shirt, undershirt, and ridiculously short underwear shorts. Oh what she wouldn't give to blackmail Theo with a picture of him in her short-shorts.

"Taller? Really? Have you forgotten that you tower most females and males back home?" Theo shook his head back and forth and just dismissed the whole thought out the window. What did it matter what type of guys she liked? It wasn't like Theodoric really had any reason to care, he for sure did not think of her that way. Kazue was his friend but that was as far as their bond went. Even if he did have a thing for her it would be a grand waste of time. She just never treated him like a man, nope, more like some younger brother she couldn't get rid of. If Theo ever made a bet he was sure that if Kazue liked anyone it had to be his older brother. Eric did have some charm that had women falling at his feet, though the guy never noticed. Theo knew why though, after all his brother never really got over his lost love from a few years ago.
Theo checked his shirt that laid over the back of the couch. He might have taken it off but that didn't mean it needed to have any wrinkles. Sometimes the guy could seem like such a woman, he loved to shop, had a thing for candy and just having fun. His clothes were also a pretty important part of his life, Theo wouldn't be caught dead in a wrinkled shirt.. well not without a good reason. "Allowing you to record anything would mean I'd need something a bit stronger then this wine. How about you give me the lap dance? Because that was the last hand that I was going to lose." Theo examined his clothes, of what was left of it. She was right they didn't have much to go with, still he wasn't worried about who would lose. He had seen her naked a few times and vice versa. Kazue was gifted in her ideas, but he was not about to start putting on her clothes. There would be no shame on her part, she always wore mens clothes and some of them stolen from him.
"No, It makes no sense for me to be punished. How about we try something else, the loser has to run the first floor of the hotel naked? That includes the lobby, to be nice the only cover the loser can use is one pillow. Sounds like a good deal to me." Theo was going to be keeping an eye on Kazue, there was no way in hell he was going to miss watching her streak down the first floor. He took his cards and eyed them carefully. Once all the dealing was done and the time to show came he wore a slick smile on his face. Placing his cards on the table he pointed at them and leaned back. "Read and weep, four Jacks. Beat that Nazo. " He had to have this hand, four jacks, that was a damn good poker hand and he didn't even have to cheat yet.

"How unprofessional of you Dosuu - requesting lap dances from someone you work with." she'd responded, adapting an offended tone that didn't match her apathetic smirk. "At least my request wasn't for personal gain - save for maybe a few giggles." As if half of everything she did wasn't for that same reason, anyway. She should have expected Theo to wiggle out of the swapping wardrobes thing - because he always likes crushing her sources of amusement. He was an ass like that. It could have been so much worse than wearing her shorts, too - she'd save the idea for another day, and perhaps morph it into something more along the lines of 'whomever wins the hand gets to choose who puts on what from anyone's wardrobe'…she'd have all the boys in heels and skirts if she played her cards right on that one - literally.
As it was, however, for now, her idea would have to be stored - seeing as Theo had already presented her with a different challenge to whomever lost. She had to resist rolling her eyes - he acted like streaking was something she cared about - the only time she had a problem with it would be when she was trying to hide her gender, not flaunt it - but in this country, no one knew her. Or at least, not many did. "Because that's definitely the first impression I want to leave on the hotel workers of where we're going to be staying for a while - running naked through their ridiculously nice establishment." she scoffed lightly, waving one hand through the air. It was true, in a way - that was one way to ensure the people that were housing you (in a way) were irritated at you - offending everyone else they were playing host to. That could end so badly, but…well, Kazue didn't want to back out and seem like a chicken. Unlike Theo, she wasn't scared to 'demean' herself. What a wimp - scared of some short-shorts.
"If they kick us out, it's your fault. And if I pick up a new stalker because there was a creeper amongst the staff, I expect you to defend my virtue." That was her evasive way of saying 'I agree'. Living with nothing but males did wonders for one's utter lack of care. Sure, she'd never been what you'd call a prude to begin with, but traveling with Sound Fuse after they actually began to travel to do shows…well, she was as shameless as any of them, that was for sure. The only reason she didn't want to lose, was…well, she didn't like losing to any of her band mates. It was just a competitive issue. And it was, sadly, only with them.
Unfortunately, luck wasn't on her side for this one, showing her that, unfortunately, she wasn't blessed with ungodly amounts of fortune today - she had a straight, from four to eight, and that definitely wouldn't beat him. She sighed, slapped her cards down, and lifted one foot, plucking a sock off her left foot, and tossed it at Theo's face to show her appreciation of his winning hand. Just because he wanted to big for his first lose didn't mean she would. When he made to protest about her lack of grandeur, she made a face at him as she handed the cards over. "Bitchy bitch bitch - it's not my fault you wanted to go big for your first go. I'm saving the best for last."

"For personal gain or not you know better then I do that you would whole heartedly enjoy giving me that dance." He was kidding right? Of course he was but Theo wasn't about to just leave Kazue with the last say, no that was never how it was allowed to go. After all she had started it, first with the whole switching clothes thing. Theo was just doing his best to defend himself and keep away from the tight jeans, it was bad enough that his body rivaled a women's. It was an Asian thing he knew that much but once he entered the United States he realized how... unmanly he was. Theo took a glance over at his plate to see if there was any food left. Empty, of course, the guy had gulped down his food as if it was his last meal. He didn't regret it though, just that he should have ordered more. The guy did love to eat, for a Asian he could pack away a good amount of food. "I doubt we have mucgh to worry about, by the time we get this game done it'd be nightfall. Not many people to scar at night." Why did he pick such a out come? Kauze was right after all, it was bad enough the group made trouble but running down the hall naked might be a big of a big deal. Oh well Theo wasn't about to back out and look like a coward he'd just have to deal with getting in trouble later. He made a wave of his hand and sat back with his hands behind his head while he waited for Kazue to show her hand. "I doubt they would have the guts to kick us out, do you know how much money we make them? I think everything will be fine, now show the cards." He had a wonderful smirk on his face, there was no way she could beat his hand, right? Lucky and unlucky he won, but Kazue didn't do much about what she removed for her lose. "Your really going to do that? A sock really? at least do two." Such a tease she was, he had went big and took of his shirt, Kazue on the other hand pulled off one sock, one sock. "You know it doesn't matter because I'm going to win, just wait and see." Theo didn't know it at the time but for once in his life he was right. It had been a close game but after a few more rounds and boxers later he was the winner. Though Theo was sure that if Kazue had room to cheat he was sure to have been the loser. "See that Nazo? Told you i would win.. now I understand if you don't wanna go with the beat. After all a women like yourself shouldn't have to do such things such as hold up to a bet." Was he goading her? Probably, Theo never really thought that she had what it took to go with the bet. Boy was he wrong. After a wonderful remark on her end he was convinced that she would do it. "Ok fine, let me just get me pants.. what? Why do I have to? Fine whatever." Leave it to Kazue to convince Theo to go with her, and in his boxers, this was not part of the deal. At least he was wearing some decent boxers, nothing odd or weird. Theo kept his eyes off Kazue and opened the door. "Ladies first?"Words: 000; Notes: Hex color: e6e21d Theo is speaking in Japanese.

'Women like...if that was an attempt to call me a delicate flower, try harder.' she thought idly, rolling her eyes a little. 'Delicate' definitely didn't fit her. “Oh, get off your high horse.” she said, making a rude gesture at her bandmate as she stood, though her tone was still good-natured. Even if Theo was being an ass. “Since when have I ever backed down? Cheat, yes – backed out, never.” It was generally a bad idea to when you lived with the people. You'd never hear the end of it. That was one of the reasons she'd gotten to be so shameless at this point, really – you sucked it up and did it. Only bad thing is this could actually have overarching consequences – she had to live here for an undetermined amount of time. So...
“You're running with me.” she declared, looking pleased with herself as she said it while unceremoniously stripping her pants off (she'd lost the shirt during the game already, though still had the bra to cover what little was there), leaving them where she'd shaken them off her legs.. At his grumbling and questioning as to why, she added to the statement. “Like I said, you're protecting me. The last thing I need is a room service boy 'volunteering' to always come up here when we need something. I can use you as a shield – the fake boyfriend shield. It never fails.” Most of the boys – save for Eric – had probably had to play this shield before. What could she say – she had a very convincing pout. That and you know she had no problem blackmailing them with various means.
The statement was punctuated by the removal of her underclothes, a wry glance over her shoulder at Theo to see if she was going to have to make a comment about how maybe she needed more protecting from him, but he was obligingly looking away. She shrugged idly, and stepped into the elevator, one arm tucked neatly over her chest and held in place by holding on to her other arm, and the hand attached to that arm carefully placed over the spot where he legs met her abdomen obligingly. Her stance was so relaxed you could tell there was no actual embarrassment – in fact she leaned idly against the bar at the back of the elevator, waiting for Theo to follow, but some level of propriety told her she better at least 'try' to over herself. 'If I don't I may get in some sorta legal trouble.' Oh yeah that was just what she needed.
“I'm glad this isn't a big glass elevator that sits in the middle of the damn floor when you hit the bottom, like some of them.” she commented, because while she was fairly unashamed, that would have still been a lot of people to see a lot of her very very soon. “Right, how far do I have to go? I'd prefer to avoid the front desk if you please, I'd rather they didn't call sceurity.”
