Living Situation Claudia comes from old money, very old money. She lives in Beverly Hills, alone, in a mansion kindly paid for by her father. Of course, she thinks it's too big for her but her father said that it made entertaining guests easier. The help that is always around do keep her company though. Most of her family lives in Paris and when she's not socializing or in school she'll go visit. Her father is essentially a Tony Stark that settled down, got married and had two kids. Claudia doesn't know a lot about the intricacies of her father's business. She does know while her mother is busy designing her fashion line, her father busies himself on the phone. He's an investor, sells real estate in France and is even a household name in Europe. Since her older sister isn't here to take over, Claudia has to rise up. She's not taking over the business itself anytime soon and even when her father passes away she still won't. Claudia is going to be a figure head overall. For the moment she's just a socialite and her father's eyes and ears in America. He planned on expanding his company but wanted to have some connections before he dove in. Claudia was sent to raise funds for her father, make connections, and be a good ambassador of sorts. She had to be on everyone's good side not matter what. 02. Appearance A lot of work is put into looking like Claudia. Her waist-long hair needs to be trimmed every two weeks and her darker roots need to be dyed every week. Claudia's hair has been blonde since she was young but over time her hair's gotten darker and darker. Brown never looked good on her so she began to dye it blonde. She never lets her roots sow, absolutely never. Her hair is cut in layers; her longest strands go down to her waist and her shortest come to just above her eyebrows. Her hair is very wavy and while she likes how straight hair looks it doesn't suit her. She hates putting her hair up in ponytails and it's either completely down, braided or pulled up in a loose bun. Her eyes come from her mother and are a bright translucent blue. They are framed by long eyelashes and neatly waxed eyebrows. Make-up only helps accent her features. She has a long heart-shaped face with pale skin. Claudia can tan well but doesn't like it all too much because she looks like something from Jersey Shore. Her lips are average-sized but are slightly on the thin side. Under her left ear she had the words from her favorite poem tattooed under her. In all lowercase letters she had 'still i rise' in cursive script. Most don't know about it because she keeps it hidden under her ear. Claudia is quite tall for a woman and the high heels she loves to wear only add on the inches. She's five foot nine and in heels can be anything from five foot ten to five foot eleven. While her legs are long, those are the only body parts of hers that are lanky. Claudia is a curvy women with a big bust, a slim waist and wide hips. As much as she loves her figure, it's very hard to dress. Finding clothes to wear is a struggle at times since things want to be tight one place and loose in another. 03. Personality Claudia is spoiled, that she will admit wholeheartedly. She knows what she wants, which is only the best, and she's been told for a very long time that she deserves only that. She comes first in her world and the way she takes care of herself only shows that. A lot of effort is put into her looking great and to her looking great is feeling great. To any up-and-rising businessman she'd be the perfect arm candy. Claudia wants someone to take care of her because she honestly shouldn’t need to do it herself. Her nature shows in her accessories. Diamonds are a girl’s bestfriend. Claudia is a lot of things but you can never call her rude. She’s been learning about etiquette and decorum since she was young. Her manners are absolutely impeccable when she wants them to be. The rich lifestyle is a wonderful thing and she doesn’t plan on ruining it with some stupid slip of the tongue. Claudia isn’t as uptight as you would think, she just knows when not to push it. Behind closed doors, she’s pretty down-to-earth. Claudia takes life day by day and is one of the chillest people you will ever meet unless her lifestyle comes into jeopardy. She’s nice but not that nice. High maintenance is a good way to describe her. She loves attention and makes sure she always looks like she's ready for it. Looking as great as she does takes a lot of money. They might seem like mundane things to you but to Claudia, they are what make her. What is she without her looks? If her source of income falls, so does she. She’s selfish and she knows it but she doesn’t see it as a problem. Her priority is herself and everyone else just has it wrong. Her problems are hers, and yours are yours. If you stay out of her business, then she’ll stay out of yours. Claudia likes to take care of her own issues because trusting other people to do it just doesn’t work out. She usually avoids the chance at disappointment by doing everything herself. Claudia appreciates help but when no one seems to get it right, she's better off doing it herself. She'll take care of her business and you take care of yours. If you insist on helping, she’ll cave eventually but expect a bunch of instruction. Claudia's been able to charm lollipops off people since she was in diapers. She always knew what to say or do to get what she wants. While her goals have changed from getting candy, her strategies haven't. Her father's dreams are her dreams and she will do anything to succeed. Of course she does have her limits but for the right price she's willing to do what's necessary. People are usually only useful for awhile and she'll bleed them dry before tossing than out the window. That doesn't mean everything she does are for bigger things, sometimes she just like to toy with people just because they make it so easy. 04. History Claudia has a twin sister named Olivia. They were completely identical but completely different at the same time. Olivia was the older of the two and she was the wild spirit. She was rowdy, rude and was the biggest loud-mouth in the house. Claudia was polite, charming and was always there was needed. Her father was very traditional. He planned for Olivia to take over the business when the time came because she was the oldest and it looked better that way. The thing was that wasn't what Olivia wanted. She hated going to parties and schmoozing and just didn't want anything to do with that type of life. Her father didn't seem to notice the lack of interest and that sparked Claudia's determination. She wanted her Dad to look at her, to see that they wanted the same thing. Anything Olivia refused to do, she tried and excelled in. She learned what type of spoon went with what type of food, she learned perfect posture and was the charming young lady Olivia was expected to be. Things came to a head when the family went on a trip to Peru. Olivia met a man, fell in love and before they knew it she was gone. They didn't hear much from her after that and Claudia's Dad was left with no other option but to turn to her. Claudia couldn't be more excited. Finally, she was getting the attention she deserved for all her hard work. She had done everything right but it took her sister running away to get any recognition. Claudia promised herself that she'd prove that she should have been her father's first choice. Her father sent her to America to finish getting her degree in Business Management and to make her father some friends. Being a socialite is much harder than she thought it would be. People expected a lot and Claudia tried to keep up while still being herself; relatively anyway. She's done some rather unsavory things to make her father happy and bring the competition down. Of course, if it makes her father happy she's happy. |
