The feisty blonde didn’t know what possessed him to come to an aquarium of all places. Being around water made him uncomfortable lately, after all it was likely to do strange things when in close proximity to him. Yet, there was something soothing about the walls of water rising up around him, held back by panes of glass. Light came through the blue sea water flowing behind the glass. It illuminated the room with a blue, rippling glow that felt so unnatural, but soothing somehow.
A variety of fish eyed him and the handful of people around him with what he could consider curiosity. They were kind of cool. Maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea to come to the aquarium. He approached the glass, tapping his finger against its cold surface. The fish darted away but there were plenty of others who still moved around in their watery exhibit. He turned around to see the other fish, turning and turning around until he spotted a rather irritating co-worker of his. “What are you doing here?” He snapped.

the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of a. indifference or b. disinterest It was the weekend. It was a Sunday. Joze didn't like where the month of May was taking her, so she decided, hell with it, she was taking a day off. She also decided that this would be her treat to herself after all that AP testing. This was her treat after her absolute terrible life as she knew it. She cringed at the price of the ticket, but thought she deserved this little break. She also asked her sister, but she was otherwise preoccupied with this foreign concept called homework after testing. Whaaat? No way.
So maybe Joze was in a bit of a stressed and sarcastic mood. At least she was taking the day to rest so tomorrow wouldn't be so bad. The aquarium was okay. There was calming fish... and things like this. Water. Water was nice. Water was the opposite of fire. She didn't want to think of fire right now. Joze had enough of burning things that she didn't mean to, and herself. She didn't have any burns - thank goodness, they had healed - so she could just relax a bit and enjoy the fish.
And then this shit happened. She could only glare. "What are you doing here?" This was supposed to be her stress free time! This was supposed to be relaxing. She was most certainly supposed to enjoy this, but she certainly didn't think she was going to with him here. Especially after the things that had happened beforehand.

His marvel at the fish and the beauty of the contained water dissolved like mist in the sun. “What does it look like I’m doing? Am I not allowed to go to an aquarium?” He snapped. The nerve of that girl! She hadn’t gotten any less annoying from the last time he saw her. “You just love ruining my day, don’t you? I can’t go anywhere without running into you. It’s bad enough I see you every day at work, and you’re ten times more annoying there.”
Kittim was so done with Joze after everything that had happened between the unpleasant encounters with her and his run in with the supernatural. However, a sudden dizzy spell made him forget his frustration. The room began to spin, ground teetering like a seesaw. He pressed a palm to his forehead and closed his eyes to wait for it to pass. When he opened them again, something wasn’t right. He felt different somehow. He didn’t quite feel himself. That was when he looked up and saw the reason why.

the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of a. indifference or b. disinterest Joze couldn’t contain her disbelief at him. Kittim was sure a piece of work, wasn’t he? Why did she just keep on running into him? Seeing him at work was bad enough, but it just seemed liked they were destined to meet, much to her chagrin (and probably his, too). “I could say the same for you, you… ugh!” Joze couldn’t even bring herself to spout out the dozen or so insults she had for him. She hoped he would just go crawl into a hole and die.
And she got this absolutely horrible sensation - something akin to a headache but fifty times worse, and the room was spinning. All she could think of was that she couldn’t afford to get sick at a time like this. She stared at the floor, spinning beneath her and tried to focus on one point, and failing.
“What the-” And then, well, Joze did all she could do at the moment. Which as scream. In the aquarium. Where everyone could hear her.
Well on the bright side, at least they’d think Kittim was the one who did it, right?

His face—or rather Joze’s—twisted in horror as he stared at himself. This had to be some kind of trick, right? He was one hundred percent certain that he wasn’t looking into a mirror. Kittim wasn’t stupid enough to think he was. He looked at his hands, which were not his own. They were smaller, more petite. His own hands were slender but much longer and, in his opinion, almost elegant. His hands flew to his face and he was sure skin under his palms wasn’t his.
He even felt shorter. Kittim tugged on the fringes of blond hair hovered over dainty shoulder and he was on the verge of screaming once he came to realize just whose body he was in. Joze did the screaming for them though. “You have got to be kidding me.” He growled, ears turning red under the numerous eyes turning on them. “I think I'm going to be sick. Please tell me I’m dreaming. Actually, this is more like a nightmare. The worst kind of nightmare.”

the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of a. indifference or b. disinterest Who was she kidding? There was no bright side to this at all! This felt, oh god, as Joze figured out just how different this body was from her own. This was despicable, terrible. What did she do to deserve this? Was this karma, because she really hadn't meant the mass destruction she had caused, it just sort of happened. But god, of all people to experience this with, why did it happen to be with Kittim? Anyone else would have been better - hell, her brother would even have been better!
Joze was taller, masculine, and she was looking at her face. If this was what she thought this was, then that meant Kittim was in her body too? Looking down at what was formerly her, she couldn't help but feel violated because someone else was taking over her own body. She (he?) whispered in his (her?) direction. "What the fuck did you do, Kittim?" Because this sure as hell wasn't Joze's fault. As the people gathered around to stare at just why she had screamed, she decided it was probably a better idea to find a more private place to talk about this unfortunate event.
"Ah, sorry for that. I just overreacted. Bumped into someone." She apologized quickly to the crowd that had gathered. The lamest excuse of all time, but she wasn't exactly the best improviser of all time. "C'mon, Joze, let's go somewhere else to talk." That was weird, saying her name and addressing someone else. She didn't suppose Kittim knew what the hell was going on, did he?

All the attention Joze had attached with her scream didn’t bring Kittim the usual satisfaction. How could he be happy about being the center of attention when it was a. an embarrassing situation and b. he was in someone else’s body, the body of someone he hated! This was awful with no silver lining. Well, maybe one. He could take the chance to ruin Joze. But there was a serious back lash to it.
“I didn’t do anything.” He huffed, just loud enough for Joze to hear. Why was everything always his fault? He was glad she made an effort to take attention off them—something he never thought he would be glad for—even if the excuse was lame. “That sounds good to me, Kittim.” There was venom in his voice when he spoke his own name. He followed Joze to somewhere private nonetheless. “Okay, Joze, give me back my body and I won’t make a idiot of you. I don’t want to spend another second as you.”

the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of a. indifference or b. disinterest This was embarrassing. Horrible. Joze was convinced that this was all Kittim's fault (it was, wasn't it, she hadn't done anything at all), and she was sure that if anyone had a solution to this problem, it was him or some witch that she was sure didn't exist in reality (well, she never knew, there were so many things she thought unreal that turned out to be, well, real).
"Me? Give back your body? Kittim, I'd love to get out of this disgusting situation but unfortunately I had nothing to do with it." The mere thought of being in this... icky body repulsed Joze. There were things there that weren't supposed to be there and things missing (granted, she barely had anything in her chest area to begin with but it was still different).
"I had nothing to do with this." She hoffed at him. Fire powers she may have and monsters she may have encountered, but switching bodies with someone she was sure was not her doing. Was it? "It's your fault, if you hadn't been here!"
---- wait a minute... if they're in each other's bodies do they get each other's powers i mean they probably won't use it but.

Joze had to be stupid to think he had anything to do with this. Why would he surrender his body for hers? Nothing about this predicament was entirely beneficial for either of them. Whatever caused them to switch was something entirely unrelated to either of them. That must Kittim could say for certain.
“I didn’t have anything to do with it either.” He flicked the blond tresses over his shoulder. “And I’m the one who should be disgusted! Do you even moisturize? Aren’t you a girl? You would think you would take better care of your skin.”

the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of a. indifference or b. disinterest "Am I a girl?! I don't know, check, do you think I have a penis there like - oh god..." She hadn't noticed it before, but Joze was in a guy's body. If Kittim could really count as a guy. But obviously he was a guy because she felt different... down there... because... Kittim was definitely anatomically a guy...
Joze felt like she was going to be sick, this was all sorts of disgusting and icky and oh dear... "Get me out of your disgusting body right now! You're definitely a guy!" Even if he dressed like a girl, acted like a girl (albeit, a royally bitchy one), looked like a girl, ugh she wanted to vomit right now.
And the way to do that was going to be to try to calm down her currently freaked out and repulsed brain. "Okay, okay, fine. If I didn't do it and you didn't do it, how did we get in this situation and how do we fix this. I want to be out of this body as soon as possible."
