The Los Angeles Union Station opened in May of 1939 in order to replace the older La Grande and Central Stations. It was designed by the Parkinsons who are known for also designing other landmarks around the city. Today it is a major transportation hub in Los Angeles and serves over 60,000 passengers a day. The station has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1980 as one of the "Last Great Railway Stations" in the United States.

No New Posts Walt Disney Concert Hall

Silver blocks, twisting and turning into majestic shapes, tower above those who walk past the Walt Disney Concert Hall. A spectator at night will find the hall lit up with millions of colors, a sight to behold. The inside doesn't disappoint either. There are nearly thousands of seats, all looking down at the stage where pieces are performed. The ceiling hangs high above the audience, and there is magic inside, as expected with Disney and the arts.

No New Posts Java Cafe

Situated near a large road and sandwiched between a Salvation Army and a small bookstore, this decently-sized coffee shop is one of the few 'privately owned' ones to survive the onslaught of business chains in the same field. Supposedly ran and co-owned by Lukas Madeleine, a son of a wealthy entrepreneur, and Rayna Keller, a friend of his that's an independent woman who always wanted to run her own business - both of whom live in the slightly cramped apartment above the shop. The shop seems legitimate enough - unless you pay really close attention to some passing inhabitants. There's a reason it's survived when next to businesses like Starbucks, after all.

No New Posts Wright Law Offices

The Wright Law Offices are an up and coming law firm. They are only about a few (around sixteen, actually) years old and already they have spewed out some of the top lawyers in the state. Their headquarters are located near the heart of downtown in a six story building. The building is divided into two sections, the prosecutors and the defense attorneys. There's a strong rivalry between the two subdivisions of lawyers within the company, so it's never surprising to find two employees of Wright facing off against one another in court.

The Wright Law Offices have been under construction since the 30th of March as gang activity has demolished the interior and parts of the exterior of the building. The office itself has become a spot of high power as Fate is continuously drawn to the building for some unknown reason.

No New Posts Wayward Art Gallery

Many aspiring artists display their art for selling, and well, displaying. The gallery mostly displays new artists, and rarely does it ever display famous works. It was opened so that new artists could get a little extra help. The gallery is frequented by the upper class of Los Angeles.
