Rows upon rows of phones stretched into the distance of the stark white store. Lucas looked around, out of place and out of sorts. Just earlier that day his phone had fallen on the ground and been covered by pigeons. Wanting to get his phone replaced, he had wandered into the nearest store and began to peruse the products. Some were shiny, some had keyboards and others still. He had no idea where to even start or what to get. He wished one of the employees would get out from behind the counter and look at him. He sighed and continued to look around at the various devices.
He sat down in front of an iPhone and began to fiddle with the screen, he honestly had no idea what he was doing, but the phone was making noises! yay noises! then it started to smoke. "uh.... fire?" he said nervously, hoping someone would help.

Leila was on her way home from work, happy as usual, when something horrific happened. It was so sudden that honestly Leila had no idea what to do. She was walking and texting, which wasn't a good idea from the start, when she stumbled over the ground and fell. That's when her brand new phone was launched into the air, landing in a very terrifying spot: beneath a sewer grate. It took her a moment to fully realize what had just happened, but as soon as she came to the realization that she lost her new phone to a poop hole, that was it. In a matter of seconds, she was crying and silently questioning to God why something like that was happening to such a good person. Within the next few minutes, she was on her way to the electronics store to get a replacement, tears still clinging dearly to her eyes.
By the time she finally made it, she had dried her eyes and was feeling a bit better. Today was one of the few days she had forgotten to bring a change of clothes, so she still donned her mechanic uniform splattered. There was also probably some grease in her hair, despite the fact that it was carefully pulled back to avoid any kind of accidents. She browsed the store while silently praying that she wouldn't run into the same fate with another phone when she noticed a tall redheaded man with a phone in his hand. But the phone was smoking. And he looked confused while mentioning a fire.
That couldn't be good.
In just a matter of seconds, she managed to snatch the phone form his hand and threw it on the ground. She stomped it repeatedly, making sure to put out the fire before one started. The management took notice of the psychotic woman in their store and immediately removed her, escorting her to the front door. She called out to the man playfully before the door could be closed in her face. "You're welcome!"
